Our staff have dedicated their lives to promote the well being of others. Because we want each guest to go home satisfied, so we ask that these few, but important rules of Salon and Spa etiquette be observed
Reservation/ Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our stylists and aestheticians we require 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. Please keep in mind we have guests that are waiting to accommodate an available spot if given enough time.
In some cases we will request having credit card on file to hold services.
A fee will be applied to your account to be paid at the next appointment if you fail to cancel within 24 hours for the first time. Second failure will result in payment of 100% payment of value of your service. These are guidlines. Fees are at the discretion of your aethetician or stylist.
Please respect and understand that our time is valuable. If you are unable to make it, please let us know. We do understand that emergencies happen and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Reservations can be made online for your convenience at www.merakisalonandspa.ca or by calling 306.924.4747. If you have questions about what you are booking for, please don't hesitate to call or write a note with your online booking. Please keep in mind that evenings & weekends are our busiest time and thus reservations are recommended, walk ins are welcome. Keep in mind, our online system will not let you book within 3 hours of the time you are logged on. Please contact the salon for quicker time slots.
It would be our honour to host your group party/event. Please call or email us for details and we can arrange for a package of services to be set up. Group bookings to require a deposit or credit card on file. Packages are arranged based on the information you provide us, alterations will result in changes to the package rates. Notifications of changes must to be made prior to your appointment at minimum 24 hours or you will be charged.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow you to transition from the hectic pace of the outside world and ensure your appointment is started on time. If you happen to arrive earlier; water, coffee and tea is always complimentary; we are licensed to serve so feel free to take a look at our drink menu.
To avoid disappointment, please arrive on time. Late arrival will result in a shortened, cancelled or rescheduled appointment
Discomfort or Dissatisfaction
Please let your service provider know immediately if you are uncomfortable for any reason. Our goal is for you experience to be positive. Corrections can only be made if we are aware of a problem at the time of service.
Gift certificates are redeemable for products and services up to the dollar value indicated. They are non-refundable, fully transferable and never expire. Gift certificates are like cash, if lost they cannot be replaced. AMARA SALON AND SPA, AND MILLION HAIR GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE ACCEPTED.
